4-STROKE TOP END REBUILD

This package exceeds the industry standard rebuild due to including total disassembly and reassembly from valve cover to cases. All parts are removed, cleaned and inspected and measured for wear. Valves are removed from head decarbonized and inspected for wear. Head is cleaned and decarbonized. Valve seats and guides are inspected. Cylinder is cleaned and inspected for wear. Crank rod is also inspected for wear. Once inspected parts list is made along with a full quote of the job to be approved by the customer.

4-STROKE BOTTOM END REBUILD

This package exceeds the industry standard rebuild due to including total disassembly and reassembly of lower end from cases to transmission. All covers removed and cleaned and inspected. All components behind covers cleaned and inspected. Clutch is disassembled and all parts are cleaned and checked for wear. Cases split, cleaned and inspected, all bearings in cases cleaned and inspected for wear. Transmission gears and components are all cleaned and inspected for wear. All retainers and retainer bolts are checked for proper torque. Crank is also cleaned and inspected for wear. Oil pumps are removed and disassembled for inspection. Water pump bearings seals and shaft are removed. Bearings and seals are replaced, pump shaft assembly is cleaned and inspected for wear. Once inspected parts list is made along with full quote of the job to be approved by the customer.

2-STROKE TOP END REBUILD

This package exceeds the industry standard rebuild due to including total disassembly from the spark plug to the cases. Head is removed cleaned and inspected for wear. Cylinder is removed cleaned and checked for wear. Powervalve removed decarbonized and checked for wear. Piston to cylinder clearance is checked. Connecting rod is inspected for wear. Reed petals checked for wear. Once inspected parts list is made along with full quote of the job to be approved by the customer.

2-STROKE BOTTOM END REBUILD

This package exceeds the industry standard rebuild due to including total disassembly and reassembly of the bottom end from cases to transmission. All covers are removed cleaned and inspected. Clutch at all components are cleaned and inspected for wear. Cases are split, cleaned and inspected, all bearings are cleaned and inspected. Transmission and all components are cleaned and inspected for wear. Crank is cleaned and inspected for wear. Water pump bearings seals and shaft assembly are removed. Seals and bearings are replaced pump shaft cleaned and inspected for wear. Once inspected, a parts list will be made along with a full quote of the job to be approved by the customer.
